WhenWorks4U is a visual timezone meeting planner that makes scheduling across borders simple. Instead of manually converting times and guessing at overlaps, you search for up to five cities from our database of 400+ locations worldwide. The app instantly builds a colour-coded 24-hour grid showing every participant's working hours side by side — no spreadsheets, no mental arithmetic.

The grid uses a traffic-light system: green cells represent core working hours (8am–6pm local time), amber cells show early morning or evening hours, and red cells indicate the middle of the night. Columns highlighted in blue are "golden windows" — hours where every selected city falls within core working hours simultaneously. These are your best candidates for a meeting everyone can attend without sacrificing their morning or staying up late.

Once you've spotted a good window, WhenWorks4U's smart suggestion engine ranks the top three meeting slots by score and labels each one Great, Good, or Fair. You can also plan ahead. Use the date selector to pick any future date — complete with quick buttons for Today, Tomorrow, +7 days, and +14 days — and the entire grid recalculates using the correct timezone offsets for that specific date. This means daylight saving time transitions are handled automatically, so a meeting you book for three weeks' time will reflect the correct local times even if clocks have shifted in the meantime.
